Relative Humidity Chamber Kelvin Probe System

The RHC range offer complete Kelvin Probe solutions for researchers investigating Environmentally
Sensitive or Corrosion Materials.  The range of materials combined with our standard Kelvin Probe
packages include everything the investigator needs to produce reliable, accurate and repeatable data
in a controlled atmosphere.

• Work Function resolution <1mV (>10mm tip) 1-3 meV (2mm tip), 5-10 meV (50µm) tip.

• Tip to Sample Height Regulation to within 400 nm.

• Manual Control of 1% Humidity (range from 10% to 100%)

• Automatic recording of RH and Work Function.
• Reference Sample with associated SKP topography.
• 600mm by 900mm Optical Breadboard

• Automatic Control of 1% Humidity (range from 10% to 100%).

• 400mm by 400mm by 500mm (80 litres).

• Quick Access Door.

• Automatic Sample Temperature Control to 90 ºC.

• Glovebox type SKP system with Nitrogen Flow-through, Quick Access Door and magnetic sample.
