The SKP5050 Ambient Advanced Kelvin Probe System is the best-selling Kelvin Probe system and is the configuration used by KP Technology for client samples.  It is based upon the ASKP system but includes highly recommended options including color camera/TFT monitor, 2mm and 50µm tips, external digital oscilloscope and an extended warranty.
